In the past year 141.4 million working days were lost because of sickness or injury in the UK. This is equivalent to 4.4 days per worker. Not only does absenteeism lead to reduced productivity levels and increased labour costs, it can also lead to poor morale among colleagues who are having to fill in for absent staff without any retributions for their absence.
The top 3 reasons for absence are cited as mental ill health, musculoskeletal injuries and stress.
By working with me, I will utilise over 10 years worth of experience and knowledge to work with you to tackle the route course of the issue, leading to a happier, more engaged workforce which in turn will increase productivity levels and output.
