I have seen first-hand how so many HR Professionals are struggling at the moment.

The last 3 years have been tough, we feel drained, we have lost confidence, our resilience levels are at an all time low. Many are questioning their future within HR.

If this is you, then our new 12 week coaching programme is for you.

The programme is designed to help you increase levels of resilience and confidence, overcome barriers and gain a new sense of direction.

Being an ICF trained coach, Chartered Member of the CIPD, Wraw Master Resilience Practitioner and MHFA England Instructor I have the tools, knowledge and experience to guide you through this programme, helping you revitalise yourself.

 

What is included?

  • A WRAW (Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing) report looking at your personal resilience levels, identifying areas of development.
  • 5 x 1 hour 121 coaching sessions with an ICF trained coach working on individual goals.
  • 4 x 90 minute group action sets where you will have the opportunity to work on issues as a group, building upon your own action learning and questioning.
  • Invitation to a Facebook and Wats group, where inspirational content, quotes and ideas can be shared, creating a true sense of support.

How will the 12 week programme look?

Prior to the 12 week programme – A 30 minute discovery call to identify your goals

Week 1 – 60 minute 121 coaching session reviewing your Wraw report

Week 2 – 90 minute Action Learning Set – Wednesday at 7pm – 8.30pm

Week 3 – 60 minute 121 coaching session

Week 4 – Reflective Practice

Week 5 – 90 minute Action Learning Set – Wednesday at 7pm – 8.30pm

Week 6 – 60 minute 121 coaching session

Week 7 – Reflective Practice

Week 8 – 90 minute Action Learning Set – Wednesday at 7pm – 8.30pm

Week 9 – 60 minute 121 coaching session

Week 10 – Reflective Practice

Week 11 – 90 minute Action Learning Set – Wednesday at 7pm – 8.30pm

Week 12 – Final 60 minute 121 coaching session

 

By the end of the 12 week programme you will have

  • Increased levels of resilience
  • Overcome barriers to reach goals
  • Improved sense of direction & focus
  • Increased knowledge of self-awareness
  • Improved focused effort on priorities
  • Increased motivation
  • Improved listening and questioning techniques

The cost of this fantastic program is only £795 (or 3 monthly instalments of £280)
