In some cases, additional information, which may include sensitive personal data relating to health, will also be collected to support requests for access arrangements and reasonable adjustments and/or special consideration. Such data collected will not be used by ALM HR Consultancy Ltd or an awarding body other than for examination administration purposes, conducting examinations and assessments and the issuing of examination results and certificates.

How long we retain your data

If we have not had meaningful contact with you for a period of three years, we will delete your personal data from our systems unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).
